本アプリはいかなる情報も収集しません。
App 内課金（No Sleep Plus）の価格取得・購入・復元は、macOS の App Store（StoreKit）が行います。この場合の通信相手は Apple であり、当社が運営するサーバーは存在せず、当社が受け取るデータもありません。
本アプリは Caps Lock キーのオン/オフ状態のみを macOS の公開 API（CGEventSource.flagsState）で読み取ります。これは修飾キーの状態を確認するだけのもので、キー入力の内容（何を入力したか）にアクセスすることは技術的にありません。入力監視（Input Monitoring）などの特別な権限も要求しません。
スリープ防止のオン/オフなどの設定は、お使いの Mac 内（アプリのサンドボックス領域）にのみ保存され、外部に送信されることはありません。また、中断の記録のため、直近1件のスリープ開始時刻・復帰時刻・停止秒数を同じサンドボックス領域に保存します（外部送信なし）。評価のお願いを表示するかを判断するため、スリープ防止に成功した回数と、評価リンクを押したかどうかも同じ領域に保存します（外部送信なし）。

No Sleep is designed with your privacy as a first principle.
No Sleep collects no information whatsoever.
Price lookup, purchase, and restore for the in-app purchase (No Sleep Plus) are handled by the macOS App Store (StoreKit), and in that case the communication is with Apple. We operate no servers of our own, and we receive no data.
No Sleep reads only the on/off state of the Caps Lock key using a public macOS API (CGEventSource.flagsState). This checks modifier-key state only; it is technically incapable of reading what you type, and the app never requests special permissions such as Input Monitoring.
Your preferences (such as the master switch state) are stored only on your Mac, inside the app's sandbox container, and are never transmitted anywhere. To report interruptions, the app also stores the most recent sleep start time, wake time, and interruption duration in the same sandbox container (never transmitted anywhere). To decide whether to show a request for a rating, the app also stores how many sleep-prevention sessions succeeded and whether the rating link was used, in the same container (never transmitted anywhere).
